[09:25] hkwong34: i ask for carbonated water: 0 calories
[09:25] hkwong34: 1 glass of it
[09:26] DarcZero: sounds like a good technique already
[09:26] DarcZero: good way to shed some pounds before a show

[09:27] hkwong34: and i order anything i want
[09:27] hkwong34: like a cheeseburger
[09:27] hkwong34: chili burger
[09:28] hkwong34: take a bite
[09:28] hkwong34: chew it
[09:28] hkwong34: and spit it out
[09:28] hkwong34: sooooo
[09:28] hkwong34: a 1200 calorie burger
[09:28] hkwong34: i actually only get about 120 calories
[09:28] hkwong34: then i chug the carbonated water to get full
[09:28] hkwong34: it's the new 2008 way to lose a few pounds before the show
[09:31] DarcZero: quite wise
[09:33] hkwong34: yes, this new 2008 diet really beats our 2004 diet
[09:34] hkwong34: we have come so far from punching each other in the stomach after meals
[09:34] hkwong34: but that too was a great way to lose a few pounds before the show
[09:38] DarcZero: awesome to know our technique has grown to a distinct sophistication
